League rosters
Development server. Rosters are saved in PostgreSQL. Only accounts with a server-side roster grant can see or change a team. Players come from your organization's player list: add someone there (as Active) and they can be added to any team.

Team roster
Renaming keeps the team's schedule, results, standings and history.
Active players
A captain must be an active player. Remove the captain designation before removing that player. Captain designation grants no permissions.
